Can't log in

Locked out of my account , recognised my email but won't send email to reset password. 403forbidden message and Google asked me if I wanted to translate Danish to English!

21.12.23 - Site down AGAIN!!!!!!

Cannot log in, no access to previous purchases, no access to orders - a joke!! yes you can search to find item s but not log in to purchase. Tried calling on the phone, on-hold for 30mins and then 45 mins to place an order. Ridiculous!! So many questions and hoops to jump through even though I gave them the correct account information.

Latest issue with Opera

The latest issue accessing Screwfix was down to them receiving an increase in malicious traffic from Opera browsers, so a per-client request threshold was enforced to protect backend services. This throttle rule has now been relaxed.

What's going on Screwfix?

Like the previous comment I haven't been able to access Screwfix site for weeks, it just says "this site can't be reached" shame as they've lost our custom due to this, I look online for availability/cheapest price etc, but I won't keep searching if it's not easy, so our ££ has been spent elsewhere.

It's failed to connect for weeks. Just tried with a different browser and connected. I was using Chromium (sic) but have now succeeded using Firefox. It looks like the problem is with Screwfix's site; they should get this fixed if they want to maintain their business.

Similar frustrating problems - can access the site on my iPad but not on my MacBook Pro or my iPhone. Really annoying. Even on the iPad it took several attempts and I had to change my password.

screwfix site unobtainable on my 3/4 units (mac desktops and 2 mac laptops, as well as iphone) , all evening and till 3 am. every day for the last week.

I have this issue too.

Screwfix.com will not resolve on android or Linux devices using plusnet's default dns servers.

however, Screwfix.com will resolve using plusnet's default dns on a windows device and screwfix.com will also resolve on a android or Linux device using google's dns servers.
