Today 8-2-23..cannot log in to my account,always get to the two factor identification part,when you enter code,page reloads by itself and you get a vague error 500!!used firefox and opera too.

Can’t log in.

Can’t log into the iOS app or through the web. Every time I attempt I get a “your session timed out” and then becomes stuck in a Boot Loop of their webpage or iOS app.

For the last 2 years every time I log in I have to change my password. I’m out of password ideas. I have called and talked to an actual person about it but they were not helpful whatsoever. I suggest getting off of paperless because I have had to pay late fees for the website not working.

Website to pay my bill says no internet connection. I have internet connection. It must be you who doesn't have the connection. I'm not messing with my system when the problem is on SDGE's end. Fix your problem so I can pay my inflated bill before you charge more money for late fee's.. ..your fault
