(An earlier message just said that they are "experiencing problems and working to fix them"

Apart from this current problem I have experienced many other problems with Shell and their systems.Their customer service is the pits and those who work in Shell's customer service have a very lose association with the truth and their IT systems are full of bugs).

Constant connection issues

Broadband down consistently for weeks. Happened previously and it was remedied for a short period of time but now is faulty again. Shell try to blame the customer for their connection issues. Do not recommend. It was originally owned by Post Office and service was much better.

My broadband has spent more time down than connected, what is the process for getting this company reported for supplying a product not fit for purpose.
How can you report a problem when the problem is you, your server not connecting and therefore not allowing connection.

Very poor broadband speed, often just goes off for hours or days, no reasonable explanation. No offer to discount payment or compensate! For shame Shell Energy. Let's hope Octopus is better!

Intermittent internet

Shell Internet down in SO32 2

Internet's been down since this morning, 22.8.23. Reported to Shell Broadband and been through checks of our equipment and no problem here. Now waiting for whoever (Shell? Openreach?) to identify and fix the fault wherever it is. Don't these providers realise how important an internet connection is these days, particularly when we're expected to access services for virtually everything online?!

Cannot login all day

Unable to progress beyond the Choose Account page, it just reloads that page. Tried 2 browsers and clearing cache and cookies. Only logging in to see my bill, why can't they simply send it as a PDF with the e-mail they send out advising the bill is ready.
