What to do if the site SIXT.COM is unavailable?

Parts of the UI are blank. Cannot start a reservation.

Looks like reserving a car online is not working right now. Portions of the web pages are blank. Part of the UI that would start the reservation process is simply missing from the page.

WASTE OF TIME

Worst web site ever....Will not book but will charge your credit card immediately...They do not answer the customer service for hours...A waste of time!!!

I was unable to make a reservation via the Sixt web site. It kept giving an error saying I had not correctly completed all mandatory fields. I had completed all mandatory fields I could see but it was very unhelpful not to indicate which field(s) were the problem, just that there was 'a problem'. This attempt was made via firefox browser on Mac, so then I tried the safari browser which could not display the booking page at all!!! - just blank, apart from menu options to go to other screens. I then tried to book via downloaded Sixt App on an android phone which indicated that it could find no Sixt office (Station) at Brisbane airport at all!!! At this point, after wasting several hours trying to troubleshoot this mess, I made a car rental booking through a rival company and website - first try - no hassle at all. Oh, and if there is a phone option to contact them, I couldn't find it anywhere. Extremely poor and frustrating experience with Sixt!
