Way too many disconnection problems despite paying for the best plan ( of which I don’t get the advertised network speeds ) and I am in the middle of the city where my connection should have no issues.

Constant dropping network

For the last 5 days, the internet keeps going out every 5 seconds to 15 minutes, over and over and over. I have done everything locally to fix it and it's not just us in our neighborhood. Can't get help from Sparklight, just keep telling me to restart the modem. I have been a network engineer for 3 years, I know how to do basic troubleshooting -- if I could fix it myself, I would, but it isn't on my end! So sick of this, and can't get any other service here due to terrain, can't even call 911 without internet here, Sparklight and Cable One have always been awful... I take classes online, I run 2 servers from my house, and it's all been down for 5 days now with no end in sight, and no answers.
