Cant log into Members Store

I cant log into square enix members store. It keeps saying: "Error An unexpected error has occurred." And I know my pass code and everything is right 100%.

Their Marvel Avengers game has received much hate for mainly bugs though some just don't like it at all due to it just being combat but I enjoy it a LOT. The game IS very entertaining

I try to play to marvel’s avengers ps4 when I log to the main menu it said "unable to connect to square Enix server please try later". Every day is the same. It’s been a week now. My internet is ok, but for some reason the problem is not from my side it’s probably on square enix’s side. What should I do to resolve this problem ?

The Marvel's Avengers Shield Network and Inhuman Alliance Network both say Expires in 0s. When I claim the missons and assignments then back out then go back in it just still says 0s and my missions assignments are reset with the same missions and assignments. Please help.

I can't log into the latest ff game for the life of me. everything glitches. I need a special password to access something, but I need that something to get the special password. I need to download a side app for a one-time password but the website is garbage at telling me just how to make the app work. had to remake my regular password five times because after each reinitialization, the game proceeds to tell me that my password is invalid and not a good password. had to download a password generator app just to try to get past it but now that i think i bypassed all the levels of hell of this godforsaken website, the password reinitialization doesn't work anymore. the worst part is that i can't get my money back. thirty dollars for nothing. and I bet the website makes money off their poor designs because you can't get money back AND the frequently asqued question pages are phrased like shit, making the only viable option to contact someone on the help team except GUESS WHAT that ALSO costs money. screw this. just let me play the goddamn game for god's sake

Infuriating. Server is always down, always have to set up a new password for some new stupid reason, not available for customer support during certain times, and I can’t log into my account anywhere right now again for technical issues - but the server worked just fine to reset my password???
