Can’t hand in assignment on laptop or desktop as the deadline is today
And today is 8th July 2023 11.18 am Singapore time
Kindly someone go inform straits times and Facebook and twitter about StarHub misdeeds

Starhub outage on 7th July and 8th July 2023
Managed to get through the so called support line, after a long wait, asked me to wait for 2 hrs every time.
Now at 8th July 5:30 am, it is still down.

StarHub outage on 7th July 2023
Tried calling StarHub at 1633 and no one answers at all
Contact them using WhatsApp also ended up having very unhelpful people who don’t have the knowledge to solve the problem
Restart the modem also don’t fix the issue
Factory reset the Google wifi also didn’t fix the issue
StarHub having outage yet never sent any messages to the affected people at all.
Never even make any announcement at all too
Lack of transparency if you asks me

Whatsapp throttling
It has been like this for 2 weeks.
I would port to Singtel if they dont fix it.
Maybe Starhub wants us to switch to the higher plan…hmmm
