Payment plan request

When applying for repayment plan it never gets past the part where they import information. States your application was successfully saved and do not leave this page while importing, but it never gets past that stage. I have cleaned cookies and cache and I have tried 3 times today.

If I could have an option to rate this as a zero, I would. Poorly designed interface. Can rarely get in when I need to. Unclear as to why I can't access the IRS data retrieval. Trying to get in now and there's a message the site is down for maintenance until 11AM, but it is now 1:00 PM and no update on when the system will be back online.

There appears to be problems with the account creation process

Have not been able to complete the account setup process. to help my child complete an application for 2024-25. It never proceeds past step 3 of 7. Calls to the help center result in a hang up because no agent is available. Live chat is not available either. Have tried over the four days as well using different computers and browsers. Sent an e-mail to support but automated reply shows a 15 day turnaround is the expected timeframe for a reply.

I go all the way through the loan consolidation and IBR renewal apps only to be met with an error message at the end saying it’s “currently unavailable” but they’re working on fixing it. This has been going on for two weeks.

Studentaid.gov website is not working for me. Can anyone please help? If so, how can I make sure that I can get a federal student loan with my name as the borrower on the account and also my eligibility status as indicated in the calculator? If I have not enrolled in college and am receiving federal student aid, how do I find out if my loan balance has been forgiven or otherwise lowered? As for the website itself, I try to use it every day, but for some reason I get the error message that says the program doesn't support this computer. What gives? How can I fix this problem to use the site? Can anyone help me with it?
