it is becoming a daily occurrence - after 9:30 ...10:00 am site login stops working. Comes back later during the day or at night. Unreliable. Can't have access to one's money locked out like this!

Jan 29-Feb 1, 2024. Unable to access my account for 2 days now, Cards not working at the ATM either!! What’s going on?? Why haven’t they at least reached out to their customers informing them on the outage?! Extremely frustrated I no longer trust Tangerine with my money & will be closing my account!!

Poor customer service

Jan 29/2024 debit card not working at ATM. After hours finally got a customer service rep who put me on hold to security department. On hold for over an hour before I hung up. Can,t get at my money and no one helping me, worst customer service experience I,ve had and will be closing my Tangerine accounts over it !

Login is working, but once in the site, the menu bar across the top of the page is displaying, but nothing below. When I refresh, my account show up, but when I go into an account (e.g. "Savings account") I can't view transactions. Using Firefox.
