It is very unusual for a business website to behave this way. I am beginning to wonder if my order I paid for three days ago will be fulfilled. Also I had numerous other issues, such as entering my insurance information, and validating it. In the end, I did not use my insurance at all, and trying to get reimbursement by filing a paper claim. It was my first time dealing with Targetoptical.com, and I don't think I will ever place an order through them again. It has been very frustrating experience.

the final workaround has been a customer service rep advising me to purchase full price glasses, then email them with the order number and insurance information so they can manually apply it then credit the difference back to my credit card.
.....this is really really f***ing dumb.
