I have never had this many issues filing my taxes. I have tried twice every week since Jan 29th when Tax Season started. Almost a month later and I still can't get past "Saving"

Server Issue

Servers still keep going down? That is how the explain the stuck on saving issue and it makes no sense. I'd hate to switch to H&R Block when I've used Taxact since 2016.

Error occurred while creating return

My problem for waiting to last day, but Tax Act sadly returning "Error occurred while creating return" message in No. California. Emptied cache, used different web browser for naught. Will have to use a different company, first time in 5 years. Lesson learned.

SERVERS DOWN JUST WHEN THEY ARE NEEDED - not a reliable company

cannot connect. It's night before final extended due date and I'm guessing Taxact servers are =crashing. My question is WHY? You're a TaxReturn company - eve before due is always crazy -- so let us know that you are UNRELIABLE unreliable UNRELIABLE unreliable

"Error Occured while creating return"

Tried using tax act today and logged in successfully but when I go to start to file (regardless which option" comes back with "Error occured while creating return". Tried going "incognito" thinking it may be a pop up blocker or something but still will not work.

The 2 days right before tax day is a bad time for this "maintenance" down times; both times Im online to do my taxes!! If not multiple bad internet connection issues, then its "maintenance"!! Ive been at this for way too long saturday and sunday...!! Simple isnt simple anymore... Whats the problem anyways? server crashes, Hackers?
