Telkom sims off for days

None of my four mobile devices with Telkom sims can make or receive calls but the devices show full signal. This has been the vase going on for 4 or 5 days already. It is ridiculous!

This is not okay, I think we should all just change networks and stop using Telkom. What I hate is that I just bought a LTE data bundle only for the internet coverage to be down. I can barely work without data on my phone, unacceptable! I won't lie though Vodacom is also having problems(I have dual SIM cards)...what is really going on with these networks!?

Have had no internet for 3 days. Multiple calls to their business call center and no answer after waiting 45 min. 10210 now says they cannot help and the router login page is also down. To top it off the fibre line that we have had for years is now a temporary account, how this happens no one knows and in my lastest call to 10120, my account no longer exists!!so I sit with a account I will be force to pay and absolutely no service with regards to a solution or even a log number for the reported issue.

Absolutely terrible service.

We run a business & have our wifi, 3 email addresses & a landline connected to Telkom.

The wifi is off more than it is on, our emails never work correctly, we are currently only receiving but cannot send out emails on Outlook, we are then told to use webmail which is pathetic & doesn't work as it does not show our previous or current emails as it is supposed to.

Our phone lines periodically shut down, randomly cut off when we are speaking to clients & hen people try phone it says the number does not exist.

We have logged multiple faults, tried multiple different packages to increase internet speed, get billed incorrectly, told we must pay up R2500 for a service we never received. When ypu get through to the customer help line, no one knows a thing about what they are talking about.

The service has become absolutely disgusting over the past 2 years.

They offer you the option to address your problem, even talking to a consultant that will call you back. The first time you receive a call from them that rings once and before you can even answer the call is end, like they just want to log that a call was attempted. When you end the sequence on Telkom.co.za they ask you if you need any further assistance but then only give you NO as an option...

Surely does not look like they really want to be of any help !!

They never answer their customer service calls. When they have issues, it would be nice for an SmS or something to be sent out so people are aware that there is a problem.
