Frustrated in Surrey

I'm at my wits end with Telus. Wifi going off and on sometimes multiple times per day. Right now, Sunday Nov. 18, 2023 @ 0746 WiFi has been off for at least 6 hours. Question: is Shaw any better?

The internet goes out about 4 times a day or it's just slow like 1mbs download speed or 6mbs when it's doing decent

Not even Chat support

My account shows that I have not paid my bill for this month even though I have auto-payment from my bank account. Also, Chat bot not working - it insists that I login even though I connected from the account page and only lets me login back on the account page, not in Chat as normal. Rebooted computer - now not even a Chat box. This is while having my landline completely disconnected when I tried to upgrade it and now having to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come to the house. SO not impressed that Telus is expanding faster than it can support what it already has.

Telus technician came to the house to check landline and was in and out so fast that he didn't check the landline by calling it to make sure it works properly. When answered it is full of static and now the landline is down again.

Telus load balancer for their website is broken because www-west.telus.com is DOWN. As a result, some areas of Canada cannot access the website for bill payments/service adjustment.

Horrible. I called three times today. Held for over 25 mins. Then it would ring like I was being transferred just to be disconnected. Internet has been down all day. I need to access my university course and I can’t. I work from home and rely on the internet. But if I am a minute late paying my bill, which rarely happens I get relentless calls. Guess what my bill is so tomorrow…… I bet I hear from you tomorrow

This company literally, has the worst internet service out there. I have lived in canada, and all over the states. I have been with multiple isps. None of them due such a terrible job at managing their service like telus does. Absolutley horrible.
