App crashes and fails to open - iPhone

Unable to launch app. As previous posts, it fails to open just crashes upon clicking on the icon. I have restarted my iPhone but still the same problem. I updated iOS last week and the app 2 days ago so it’s the latest version. I cannot check balance, pay or authorise transactions just when it’s critical this time of the year!

Tesco Mobile App will not open, is closes rapidly every time trying to open. Have restarted my mobile device on numerous occasions to day but fault with app persists. Am unable to authorise on-line payments, very frustrating
