Too much to detail. Transferred points to them based on available award both online and confirmed by agent. Booking online went through every booking step, passenger names, passports, etc... then message that the flight is unavailable. Still able to search and find it on their site after that. After 2-3 days it finally did no longer show available. Added 8000 points to book another flight. Very different but still unsuccessful after many attempts, online, call center, and emailing support. Both times. I HOPE I'll find a way to use the 68000 points I've transferred there. Then.... never again!!!!

Website not allowing progress beyond identifying pax. Will not permit online check in for a flight less than 24 hours ahead. I have tried multiple time an hour apart. I have also called the TA service station who were also unable to make their system work!

Website not working correctly

I tried different ways today. It allows to see and select all the flights but at the end it doesn't proceed to payment. It just freezes at the last step

Have tried to connect via app/website/calling in- they can't even see anything on their screens- they just say try again in a few hours.

Horrible

Garbage customer services and airline. App doesnt work, website doesnt work, my elderly disabled parents needs joining seats and wheelchairs and they are not able to help --keep telling me to use the app. I paid 120000 for business class tickets to avoid issues like this. This is shocking

Very strange that it is not working. This allows other 3rd party vendors to gain Turkish Airlines business and charge outrageous prices with unreliable service. I've been spammed from ASAP with emails and calls since Turkish Airlines has been down.
