To add to what I've written below, it's been the same for the last week or so. And when i say 'i try to enroll', I've not been successful even once in loading any of the course sign up pages.

when i try to enroll to new courses, it doesn't load properly once i log in. i've tried on multiple browsers and know that it's not my connection as all other sites i've been on seem to work perfectly. i'm getting a steady 90mbps with less than 10 ping.
