It's My money and I can't touch it.

Declining my card despite having lots of money in there, not answering the phone...sorry there are 45 callers ahead of you. Yesterday it was 18. This is unacceptable. Will be taking my money out the second I'm able.

Password reset not working

Dec 13 a day after the old system is no longer supported. Can't login to my account with the new system and the password reset isn't working, but the forgot username is working for some reason.

Epic fail in scope and timing

Visited UFCU with my elderly mother on the 30th, Banker spend a lot of time assisting her with getting set up on the new app/website and walking her through app functions. A great visit. Within 24 hours the site is nonfunctional, passwords no longer work and members are dead in the water electronically. In my adult life I've not seen anything worse.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable for UFCU to have their mobile app AND website go down on the first of the month when everyone is trying to pay bills! For f*** sake! Get it together UFCU!

Now it is saying username and password incorrect???? I have several accounts with ufcu and all saying the same thing, WTF , I called and spoke to someone and she was worthless, her answer " um, yea , I don't know when it will be back up"

Frustrating

This is getting really tiresome. Something has been going on/changing with UFCU for the last year or so. When you call you are "important"....but there are 70 people ahead of you. Ridiculous. And now this new app is complete BS. Thinking seriously about changing banks.

the swap to the "new" website has been pretty awful. UI is worse and very slow in general. Old website was much better. Not really sure what the purpose or goal was with the swap to the new one

UFCU Member, can't get on to make my loan payment, due today.

Same for me, would like to make my car payment, from UFCU checking to the loanholder, UFCU, but can't because the service is down since at least Saturday 5/27. I bet I'll be charged a late fee. At least I won't know about it because I CAN"T SEE IT!!!! Seriously, a multi-day outage?
