It’s not you, it’s us

I just joined my husband’s account through Apple’s corporate healthcare, and I can’t access the app or the website. On the app, it logs me out immediately. On the website, it says it’s not you it’s us. It’s been like this for months. I’ve talked to 2 support reps that assure me my issue will be fixed in 24 hours, but nothing is ever fixed. His app and website login work every time. I am sick and can’t access any of my benefits, and I have a hospital stay that I need to pay for but can’t access.

United Healtcare - Login Failure

Can't log in. For over a week now, I keep getting a message that's it them (server problem) and not me. I called the UHC tech help desk . I was routed to 3 differnt people before I got to the right area. Their tech area is useless. They created a ticket but every time I call to follow up, they just shrug and say that there's a ticket. My wife can log into her account but I cant get into my account. It cant be a server problem if my wife can get into her account and I can't get into my account. I also noticed comments on a general google search that for almost a year now other people have had issues receving this same error message and UHC tech staff never fixed it so they could log in (even after months of waiting)

Internal Server Error

Going on month three of “It’s not you. It’s us.” internal server error message. Further below that, there’s a reference to some kind of a UID error. Tech support can duplicate the log-in error by signing in under my credentials but cannot understand, explain, or fix it.

Another "new" card; this being the 3rd one this year. Still dysfunctional, site complains of need for secondary funds. My available funds were ~$180.00. The purchase was for Krill Oil for ~$24.00. WHY DOES THIS DYSFUNCTION CONTINUALLY OCCUR???!!! This is exactly why I will no longer EVER use this 'benefit' at a retailer; so I don't wind-up paying out-of-pocket.

Terrible Healthcare

Finally able to login to UHC

I have finally been able to login to UHC website after trying for a month. What worked for me is updating google chrome to the latest version. I also cleared cache - not sure if that helped but by doing those two things I can finally login without getting the page “Sorry it’s not you - it’s us” or something like that. Hope this helps someone.

The site will not let me log in on any browser, and I have been trying for WEEKS. Every time I try, it only loops back to the sign-in page. The app is also awful, but at least lets me sign in, however it does not give me the full overview of my benefits. This is all utterly USELESS. I shouldn't have to call and speak to someone just to view my benefits summary.

Trying to login via mobile app. I use face recognition so I am not manually typing. System tells me the Password is incorrect. I manually type it. Still incorrect. I opt to reset. I use the same password. Tells me I can’t use an old password. System is contradicting itself.

THE FIX- I had the same problem two times. Try this fix. Type in your user name in all CAPS with your current password. If this does not work you must call tech support to refresh your user ID because they changed what is required of a password, such as numbers, symbols, caps, etc.
