Can't get in, have tried for 5 hours , not the first time I have experienced issues with Ulta.com. Shame shame shame on you ulta for promoting online only sales and not being capable of allowing customers to shop. Reason why I give up on shopping at Ulta. I'll pay more elsewhere.

Switching to Sephora Indefinitely

Ulta promotes online ordering so I wanted to take advantage of their sales. but..... Issues adding gift card, credit card, coupon, so I paid using apple pay only to be charged and reimbursed 3 times. Still no order in my history! Extremely frustrating!!!!!!

Today is Tuesday. The website was down on Saturday. The week before it was so glitchy I couldn't pick specific colors, the site crashed, kept asking me to sign-in or wouldn't load. Yesterday and today it will not take any payment methods. Several hold on my card but not able to complete order.

I have forgotten my password and when on the Ulta website I click “Forgot Password” and it either won’t go on to ask for my email address, or it asks then says I don’t have an account, I get Ulta emails at that email address multiple times a week.

Ulta Sign In and Bag will not Load.

For the last week, when I try to log into Ulta on my laptop, the load keeps spinning .
It`ll spin forever if I get up and just let it spin.
One time II was able to get in, I have 4 items in my bag, but when I click my bag, it brings me to a page without my items, and just the words about the possibilities are endless.
I have tried other links, manually typed in the url, used messages from Ulta in my email, and
links from Google. Nothing works to let my sign inm and continue to shop.
Even if I add to my bag without signing in, I cannot sign in, and sometimes cannot even open my bag when clicked.

Many issues with purchase

Was attempting to process order on the app. Had frequent issues. When attempting to pay for my order it returned me to the order screen and said card info incorrect (same Apple Pay I always use). Tried 2 different payment methods with the same error. First method got charged and my points got deducted, but no order is showing. Contacted support who said allegedly the order was tendered, and provided me with an order number (number says its invalid).

I have been unable to make a purchase on ulta for over a week now. I get a processing “M3” error code after submitting my order. Emailed customer service with no response, texted customer service with response next day. They asked for my bag ID and said they reset my cart and to delete the app and download the app again & she would check on me in 30 min to see if it worked. It did not work, texted back with no response & she never “checked” back in with me either. Very frustrating and yes, the customer service is a JOKE !

Ulta Checkout STILL NOT WORKING

Ulta checkout still not working. It's been over 2 weeks. Current issue is that nothing happens when I click on the checkout button. There is a spinning circle that appears and then nothing. Ulta Site Not Working for over a week

I have been trying to place an order for over a week now and it won't check out my order and doesn't accept my coupon either says coupon used when it hasn't been. I even tried checking out without using the coupon and it still does not complete the checkout. I have been texting customer support to no avail. They give me different coupon codes to use, but I get the same message, coupon used. It seems like they don't have any clue what the problem is and won't admit there is a problem. They think it is my devices, but I do not have a problem ordering merchandise from other shopping sites only ULTA. I tried to place an order via my cellphone and on my computer and nothing works. This is very frustrating when you cannot get an answer or a fix from Ulta. I love ordering from them but if they cannot fix their site they will lose a customer.

Unable to checkout

Idk what’s wrong with their website and app but for the last 4 days I’ve tried to check out on the app somehow was able to check out in the app on sept 5 after a while of trying, then I went back to my purchase history to make sure I’m good then I see my order was canceled and used Ulta coupon that I get from the Ulta emails, I tried to check out and add everything in my cart from my first order but then I get an error message so the second order doesn’t go through. Then I get my laptop sign into my account and now on the website I can’t go pass the checkout bag like I hit check out the circle thing pops up as if it loading but then nothing happens and you still can’t check out. Then I decide to open a different browser and use private mode on my laptop but I didn’t sign into my account I just checked out as guest abs after going back and fourth with a rep online on their chat they gave me 20% off since my original order was cancelled at first they told me it’s cause everything I had ordered was sold out which was strange cause it was a big order but it’s funny cause I placed the exact same order again and it finally went through and now it’s shipped but my account still isn’t letting me to check out even if I wanted to place a new order and neither is on the website even if I’m not logged in idk how I managed the third time but it worked. But yeah it’s still not working so I guess you have to try your luck and keep trying it’s so annoying

I always look forward to 21 days of beauty but not this time. I put things in my cart and it won’t even let me check out on the mobile app or my laptop. They are having some severe issues. And good luck with their customer service. I have tried calling only to be told “it’s a glitch” and they can’t process my order over the phone. ULTA Website and some Accounts are not working due to an Update from late August

I have been trying to get my account corrected for 12 days. After waiting on line for 30 minutes to talk to someone at customer service my call was dropped. This has happened multiple times each time I call. When I do get to someone I am told they did an update and have to pass me to a specialist to get my account fixed because of an issue they are seeing with a large number of accounts. They tell me to wait 24 to 72 hours before trying again. however, my account is still not working and I never get a response or email.

Ulta Checkout Not Working

Ulta checkout is not working. I keep getting "verification failed" errors during the checkout process. This has been happening for the past 4 days on the website and the app. I've tried changing my payment method, but that didn't help. Customer service is extremely difficult to get ahold of, probably because of the huge volume of people trying to contact them for the same reason.
Ulta - Please issue a statement and apology to your customers! It's so unprofessional to ignore the fact that your system is not functioning properly! Your customers are being left in the dark and customer service isn't helping them!

Ulta Shopping Bag Issues

Last 2 days Ulta website and app, are not working. I add things to my cart, get tons in there so I can go back and decide what I want, and then it shows nothing is in my cart. I try and add more things, it shows the number going up, but nothing in the actual cart.

Pass on Ulta, go to SEPHORA

Neither app nor website are working for me either. Fortunately, SEPHORA mirrors the Ulta sale on their site, and the SEPHORA site is working just fine and accepting my orders- no problems.

I’ve tried Ulta phone/text/chat contacts- gotten nothing. It’s been 24 hrs since I sent them a text, still no response. The chat bot said no one was available and to try again later. After being on hold for over an hour with the phone and not hearing a single sound from an actual human being, I just hung up.

Ulta tech is constantly down and in the past, they’ve never credited me for their mistakes (like given me the same price when their sites are back up). This is why I’m going to SEPHORA this time.

Customer service is not responding. I also placed an order, which included a free item. I confirmed the total, and then the receipt said I was charged for the free item’s value. Customer service hasn’t responded in over an hour so now I can’t even have the order cancelled.
