UNION BANK NOVEMBER 21, 2023

November 21, 2023 .... I transferred money from my UB account online to GCash, I did not receive my money on GCash.

I've sent message to UB messenger and redirect me to chat with rafa... but the bot will ask you to enter the 12 digit to 16 digit account number ,,, and when you hit enter it stated "too many request".

I have emailed customer service but they will not reply to your email message,

I called their hotline 24-Hour Customer Service. ,,, one hour of waiting before they respond.

Went to the bank and they told me it will take 1 to 2 weeks before they will return my money.
I asked them... "that long?' they just answered me it will undergo investigation.

IT IS THEIR SYSTEM DOWN. I WILL NOT USE THIS BANK ANYMORE.

I can access my bank app which is very hard to access at times but I can’t receive or transfer money to anyone, if I transfer I’ll be debited and the recipient wouldn’t receive it, please this is frustrating. Do something about it.

App down, website down. Out of the blue locked me out of my account and when attempt to change password...no matter what new password I enter....continue to get error message saying "my new password cannot be my first and last name"....which non of the passwords I tried to change to were even remotely like my name or previous passwords. Constant tech problems with Union Bank. They are a joke.

Due to bad customer service I am leaving Union Bank. I was told by online "help" that if I just typed in the right information it would give me access. Not! I've tried to log on all day and I can't access my account. Leaving after 10 years going to a credit union where they still care about customer service.
