Package not received. Called and told customer service. They sent me a link to file a claim. Link does not recognize my username, etc. Tried to change username and doesn't work. Can't do anything else about it right now. Something could work better.

Rubbish customer service cannot even pay vat duty online, telephone is over 1 hour wait and even then they have screwed up the vat payment by phone ! Not sure whats going on but totally unacceptable !!

Ups.com website is not working for me. There's an error on the page, and it shows some interesting story of how I got to make the website, which I'm very grateful for. Please continue to support the website by downloading the e-book, which is available at a discount from Audible.com here: Note: There are minor changes in this review that you should read before proceeding. Unfortunately, when the book arrived, there was a single typo in the final chapter, which I corrected for clarity's sake and I did not notice at the time that it did not correct the mistakes in the preceding paragraphs. I apologize in advance for any confusion it has caused, but this reviewer apparently failed to notice that there were other typos in the chapter.
