Login to VW does not go beyond verification.

No call or text

I'm unable to make phone calls and text to certain people, some people received texts but not my phone calls some people received phone calls but not text, it doesn't show that I called them or text them, some I get a message when calling. This has been going on for over a week that I'm aware of. I don't know whats going on consider a new phone and network.

Customer service is terrible! Takes forever to resolve any issues which seem to be many lately. Extremely dissapointed and wish I would have never signed a contract with Verizon.

Keeps saying lost connection, 1x everyone should receive discount for the past week if we don't pay the bill we loose the service but when we pay and have no service it doesn't matter. Bad service from the store from the customer service online or calling, Bad phone service I think Verizon thinks they are the only phone service around and doesn't care about the customer.

Worst site and customer service on the market. EVERY time I go to pay my bill every month I have to log in, re log in, change my password, change it again, then I get hit with a late charge, At this point, I’m willing to at least try t-mobile

I too am fed up with not being able to login to our account. Like another person "Brian" stated, login page redirects back to the login page. From all the comments posted on various sites, this problem has been randomly going on for at least two years or more. Why in the world won't Verizon fix the dang problem. It's very inconvenient to have to go into a Verizon store to make a payment. Not to mention that I need to be able to view my statement, which is only accessible through the Verizon's website, yet I CAN'T LOGIN!!!

It is horrible! I get one bar most of the time and maybe 2 if I’m lucky. I live on 17th St close to downtown but the service seems bad on this side of town. Suppose to be the best service ?????????‍♀️

For the past few months, I cannot login to the website with my password, security code they email me, and my security question answer. They send me messages if I will allow access, to person trying to login (me). I click yes, I still can’t get in. This seems to have started when they have this new option Zen Key. I also tried reaching a live person through their customer service numbers I googled, and still it’s impossible to reach a live representative. Anyone else having this problem?

I can't get passed the login page. Enter info, hit login, and then it just sits there. Can't chat with rep because you need to be logged in to do that.

Verizonwireless.com website is not working for me. I have tried resetting all the router settings, upgrading the firmware, and switching the power off and back on several times. I have even unplugged the router at the same time it was being charged, and it is still connecting and working normally. Is there anything I can do to make it work? Maybe I should try another browser? Is the site itself broken? Or is the problem with my settings or browser? I just need to get it working asap. I don't know what else i Can do to fix this problem. It's getting really annoying. So any of your help would be great. Thanks!
