VIX Not Loading

VIX is not loading since yesterday October 14th. Everything is good with the others but this one.
What is happening? was working no great but ok suddenly stops.

When I watch my soap opera after the commercials it starts over again to be beginning of the soap opera so I you can satisfy me if you guys can fix it

Vix is crappy. I would never recommend it anyone. Your content is excellent, but the app crashes a lot. I cannot even pause it for even a couple of minutes because when i resume the program, Vix crashes. Recently you guys keep interrupting the program every 2 or 3 minutes. A typical soap episode with original run time of 48 minutes now takes more than an hour and an half to finish with too many commercial interruptions. You greedy bastards, continue with these commercial interruptions and you will lose viewers.
