Can't log in on app

The app will not let me log in, it keeps saying "something went wrong on our end". I need to contact the host but I can't. Desktop website doesn't even exist so I can't try that.

Trying to log in to get access to our rental. Every attempt to login results in, "Sorry, something went wrong on our end". Our whole family is staying at this rental for our daughters wedding in 2 days and we need access to the property. Site is horrible... no where to enter reservation # and customer service says we are number 104... 58 more minutes to wait.

Same complaint as Frederick except I first noticed the problem on Friday evening. Called customer service and was told they'd escalate problem to their tech department and it should be resolved by Saturday morning. Called again yesterday morning since problem still existed. Was told the same thing. Still not working this morning.

Cannot respond to inbox messages using radio button. Been going on for at lease 90 minute. Pressing inbox message to respond either shows message “Sorry something went wrong on our end.” It also dumps back to main menu on phone and iPad.

The website and the app continuously loops, asking for a password and then says oops. Somethings wrong on our side. Try again later I have spent hours on the phone with technicians got my account unlocked for 24 hours and now it is locked up again. Totally frustrating as I am in a strange country and I have a another booking on Saturday and I do not have the exact address. Wtf VRBO. Can't access VRBO account messages Inbox

As of 8:00 pm MDT, I can sign in on both the VRBO Web site and the app, but cannot access my VRBO Inbox. When I try to look at any correspondence, the Web site says, "Sorry, something went wrong on our end", while the app pops up a warning that I am logged in on an account which is not connected to the trip. I have only one account/email address and can view the trip details just fine, so I know that's not correct. Tried logging out and back in, tried clearing app cache. No joy. <sigh>

The VRBO iPhone App often has errors, shuts down and does not function on getting to the various pages. The payment processing is a mess. My renter had many problems processing a payment on VRBO but no problem on Airbnb. The VRBO payment appeared to get processed after attempting the next day, then unexplained reversal the next day.

Owner app stopped working. Said to check network connection and log in info.

Tried web browser on phone and said I had the wrong password which I did not. Change password and immediately it said my link had expired (within 30 seconds). 3rd time it allowed me to change passwords so log in again on browser and it has our business name etc but life’s in as a traveller. Switch to Owner and it asks me to log in a 2nd time. Log in again and tells me I have the wrong password. Does this in 2 computer browsers and my app.

VRBO is by far the worst site I have ever used. As a host I am owed $7000, still not paid as they cant get their system to accept W-9 forms. Ive been working with them for over a month!!! System is flaky, buggy, reservations are listed as "zero" though I have had a ton of guests. Now I can't message guests!!! Unbelieveably bad programming! When I try to leave guest reviews its states "Leave a review for NULL NULL." The programmers should be hung!

These guys @Vravmo00 on Instagram are the best in the business! Very responsive! They notated my problems & quickly came up with a gameplan to make my problems go away! I'm so glad I went to them instead of trying to figure out how to do this on my own.

VRBO SITE NOT WORKING X 8 DAYS

Messages have disappeared. Unable to reserve a future reservation. Allows me to get to the payment process, once completing the information and hit the "Send Request" I get a system error message and it says to try again. It has been this way for over 8 days. I try daily multiple times. Called VRBO customer service, got bumped up to someone who emailed they would work on this through resolution. Nothing has changed and no further correspondence.

not only last year, but also this year the payment does not come through. And when I want to do it again by clicking on the link inviting me to complete the payment, I get an error message "server down" or similar. Then when I go to the website and fill in my address, I get an error message on the country.
Last time I shall be uwing this site, that's for sure!!

Customer Support unequipped to solve problems

I have my airbnb and VRBO calendars synced. At some point, this week all of my airbnb bookings disappeared from the VRBO calendar. I spent 30 mins on a chat just to be told they couldn't restore the bookings from airbnb because they were "in the past". Yet, somehow they were able to delete them.

The website has been down for a full day, 1/20-1/21/23. Customer service really is horrible. Why can't they just tell you that there is a website upgrade and currently cannot book places. Airbnb is totally aware of this and their prices have gone up due to your website being down. If I had a home on this site, I'd be very disappointed because I would be losing money.

I am new to VRBO. I am really disappointed. It took me a long time to load my property. It won't find my property and then this morning, when I searched, it told me I had 0 bedrooms and could accommodate 1 person. I have called several times. I was told that they had been migrating the system for 2 weeks and that there is no answer to when the migration will finish.

I've tried 13 times now, worked with VRBO Customer Service. Apparently, they are getting a system update. Kinda feel for those folks using VRBO to manage their rental properties. Yikes

For anyone having issues paying for holidays on VRBO, do not use apple devices , it does not work. Log into VRBO using Google chrome and it works first time. Hope this helps.

VRBO App is a joke. Provides none of the information needed by an owner about upcoming reservations, their customer service has been almost more frustratingly bad. I have been a host for 8 years and have spent so many hours on hold with customer support. No one has helped me yet. It is time to pull the plug and I am cancelling my membership with VRBO
