My Purchased Content is Unavailabe to View

Issues remain unresolved since January 30, 2022 (10+ weeks as of this post)-

Unable to view library titles/images to select the purchased content & unable to watch the existing content in apps.
The same issues occur on my:
1) Samsung Smart TV & 2) LG Smart TV Apps, & 1) Apple HDTV App, & 1) Android (Galaxy S21) App-

I can log in to the service app on all devices and see my library still exists, (it indicates that I have 255 titles -past purchases on VUDU.com + DVD conversions= 255 total)- But it does not display the titles / movie images to k ow what is what-

I can select any of "blank" titles to try playing (not knowing what I am actually selecting) but nothing actually plays / streams and eventually errirs / times out. So I am unable to enjoy any of them! A significant amount of money has been paid to vudu for the content that I can not access-

I have placed multiple calls and emails with tech support for over 2.5 months now and they simply have not -or can not- fix the issue.

How do I get my money back on the titles I paid them for but can't view?

Everything has worked fine on all devices mentioned and more, for the last 8 years, and now this!! I mean WTF!

While using the app on my tv I received a message that the device had been deactivated on my buds account. When trying to log in on my iPad, I get a server error message. Everything else is working fine.

You're your customer support people should be able to assist with login issues. I was told fill out email that most of the information asked for could be obtained by them looking at my account.
