No access just "security taking longer than expectede" Paid for premier and have not been able to ge

I paid for premier. As of this week cannot get in with password. Changed password, still get response, checking security, taking longer that expected. Have not been able to get in all week. What gives?

whitepages being weird

I keep getting a "something went wrong" error when i try to do basic searches. i've cleared cookies/cache and it's still doing it. It's also very incorrect in the information it has on my membership, because it's saying i've used "all" 20 premium lookups i have when my search history says the opposite.

For at least 2 months I get this error, no matter what browser I use, no matter how many times I clear cookies, shut off ad blockers, use browsers w/out ad blockers, shut off firewall etc etc.
