Failure to complete payment/ Payment Error

Problems with trying to pay. Returning errors/failure to complete payment no matter how I try to pay.
It's both the website & the App. Yet it did go through to my Paypal but then Woolies immediately refunded.

Woolworths only slow once again

I was my weekly online shop for delivery and then it became very slow.

I cleared the cache and cookies in the Chrome browser. That didn't improve the Woolworths website. Then I tried other browsers. That didn't help either. So now I give up. It is obviously a Woolworths problem.

Woolworths Online very slow. 25-26/02/2024

Except for the parts already cached by my computer, the content is taking an unusually long time to load. I am using Chrome browser which is the WW recommended browser. Flushed Cache and cookies last night and today no change. I rang customer support..."flush cache and cookies" no Change and they were unaware of a problem on their side.

Problems paying seem to be only in the app, try opening a browser page and going to www.woolworths.com.au I was able to complete my order that way. Just had to put the credit card security code in.

Tried contacting Woolworths to tell them to pass the msg onto their web team but no luck. Someone is clearly not all there in that department, will be asking for a refund of my annual online subscription and going to Coles.
