Servers down all day? Why?

Cannot log into the website or the app. Ive changed my password 3x and still nothing. Get errors telling me that its unable to contact the server, The chat support told me to try registering again with my same original information. I did and it says that im not connected to the internet, but I was and am connected. I could chat with support if I wasnt connected to the internet.

Express.com Can't Login

My account was hacked June 2023. They purchased a gift card for $150, thankfully the order was canceled but since then I have not been able to log in to my account. I reach out to customer service almost every day and they have not been able to resolve the issue. When I try to log in it says "We do not have that e-mail address and password combination on file. Please try again." When I click forgot password I get "We experienced an error trying to reset your password. Please try again." If I try creating a new account with the same email I get "There is already an existing customer with the provided email.". Such a frustrating process.

No matter which Express link I use I “may” get the home page. only for the page to just hang and spin. How is anyone able to shop online on their site? As a customer, I’m seriously considering being removed from the email list. With the inability to access the site, the emails serve no purpose & have just become an annoyance. This is too frustrating.

The same thing ALWAYS happens to me. I love the products but am becoming fed up with their online ordering issues. Every time customer service says the SAME thing asking if I've trouble shooted it, switching browsers, app, no app, logging out and back in etc. It never takes the shipping fee off despite me being an insider and rarely lets me make a purchase anyhow due to an internal server error. Ive had to fight for my express rewards to be reissued due to this and am never able to gain rewards by reviews and uploading photos.

Can't leave a review for any products. The website makes me log-in (after I was already logged in) and then the review page doesn't come up. I don't understand why you can't leave a review without logging in. I've asked customer service, but their solutions haven't helped either. I've tried the app, browser on my computer and phone and none of it works
