Regions bill pay

Regions online bill pay will not work, says not connected to eligible account, no banner saying bill pay being updated, text box support says being updated.

What is going on with login to account. When I went to on line banking login it populated user id (never did this before) the hit enter and it populated password. I clicked on show and it was correct. Hit enter and got message it appears you forgot your password and you are blocked. No security questioned asked. can not log in.

Why does regions keep asking to download when viewing my account and when it supposedly downloads it has ZERO KB HUH! Why and on the app to upload checks for deposits it’s messed up then I have to cancel and manually capture the dang check ..this is ridiculous Regions. Onside ring I am paying a monthly fee just to bank with you ..fix it , get with the Program or I shall go to a bank that works ..after 25 yrs

I used the regions ATM it cancelled my transaction and still took the money out of my account even though I didn't receive the cash . I went there they refused to help gave me some excuse that brinks controlled the ATM and they could not review the tape . Literally all they have to do is review the tape and I could get m to refund .
