Server STILL not repaired - do so ASAP!

Server is still down at 4:17pm, 5 April, and this is ridiculous. Many users, including me, want to access their email but the server has not been fixed. We are paying enough each month for service that is substandard so please get your act together and fix the problem ASAP.

real unhappy with the customer service. told internet off and to use data on my phone which will rack up a bill but not willing to take money off supranet bill but yet with no internet in the area he can down grade me to a lower internet, absolute joke!!!!

Loose cable or is there an outage?

All blue lights are on my hub as usual. The group of three blue lights the left light flickers... My phone says Connected but no internet. This has been buggy all day. Thought it was a loose connection re cables in the house but if the hub is turned off and then on I get no internet. I go to bed worried now because the loose cable theory isn't the problem...or I don't think it is.

2 days with no internet at £49 a month is not acceptable. If my service is not working by the morning, I will have no option but to change provider. I am housebound due to invalidity and I cannot have no internet.
