Lost a customer today.

What a nightmare. I put things in my basket go to checkout it says go to studio pay and then I log into that and it says either e mail add or password is wrong.... I change the password and it still won't let you order. No one answers the phone, says you can e mail, there is no e mail address. Lost a customer today. Annoying!!
