login in a loop

trying to log in on different devices, all of the them using several different browsers, the login goes into a loop and keeps flicking and will not let me log in. The apps on 2 devices work ing correctly, but I cannot access my acount on the apps, only available via a browser.

Online streaming

I have acorn on 3 devices, it does not work on any of them. Yesterday I watched a program then I was told to delete watched programs, after doing that acorn just disappeared and we are trying to get it back. Error message often email password don’t match, I have the correct password, error messages the same as others have experienced here. I enjoy acorn but getting seriously fed up with not being able to watch.

Acorn keeps logging me out. When I log in again, it says I have no internet connection. It's been doing that for a couple of weeks. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Unable to stream

I paid my annual subscription on Nov 4. It worked fine until 2 days ago. I have been getting error codes 2019-403-00-00 and 1033-500000-000 on my tvs, iPad, iPhone, every device. I have done all the steps (uninstalling, rebooting, etc.) Nothing has worked. Is there any way to talk to a live human being to get this resolved? I am in my 70s.

I keep having problems with Acorn streaming through my Roku. This last week I have uninstalled, re-installed repeatedly. I get through one program & it goes off again. It is only Acorn. Videos won't open, or stop & eject me out of Acorn. My remote to fast forward, pause & play freezes up. Again, only happens with Acorn.

AcornTV not streaming shows and troubles with log in.

Stopped working several days ago. Getting geo location error when I try to log in and watch on laptop. Also can't watch shows on my TV (Roku). Get error message "forbidden by access policy 2019-403000-000.

The watchlist has disappeared as well as the history. The last episode of brokenwood hasn’t loaded, and Murdock mysteries shows only a preview episode. Navigation is clunky. If I could access my favourites elsewhere I would . The last subscription fee increase was not justified in my opinion, because of the lack of quality. I’m sorry to be so negative but frustration has caused me to become very grumpy. I do love the shows, and look forward to new series and the continuation of existing ones.

Keeps shutting down 1 min into show

Acorn plays one minute of any show, then exits and takes me back to my Roku Home Screen. My account is active. First time I’ve ever had problems with Acorn through Roku. Any suggestions?

Acorn tv outage

Acorn tv keeps kicking me back to Roku homepage. When attempting to go back to the app, I need to sign in, and an error message says my email and password are incorrect. Called acorn and they said they’re having an outage. I tried getting back in, and finally I was successful. Who knows how long it will last.

Can't Access Acorn - Error Message 2019-403000-000

Can't access Acorn TV on Samsung Smart TV. Get errir message "Access to this resource is forbidden by access policy. 2019-403000-000 and I have sent help tickets and called and no one does anything. I was able to watch it two days ago - but it kept booting me off and I had to try several times to watch an episode, starting it over and over. What is going on?

The app is acting differently than it used to. I now cannot erase searches. I cannot access Murdoch which I have successfully watched for months. Auto play does not work on all programs.
This is on Apple TV. I have deleted the Acorn app and reinstalled, reset Apple TV. Still having problems.

Same issues everyone else is having below. Getting worse, not better. Becoming increasingly glitchy over past couple years. Seems to be a server issue for the app itself bc not having probs with other apps. Trying to watch the long-awaited Doc Martin 10th season and 10 secs into the opening them-booted back to Roku menu.

From last night and still going I can not play or sign in on any format even though I am paid up and active through Google account. I can sign into the web but then the same thing happens.. press play episode and the red rotating circle starts and locks out screen and nothing works until I press return. All my other apps play fine.

Current error on PC: Waiting for api.rlje.net
Current error on Roku: From Roku menu, I click Acorn. In Acorn, I click on an episode and it kicks me back out to the Roku menu.

Every five seconds, it starts caching...the video srtarts blur, and clear, and caching...can't bear it. The trouble shooting in the website blames the internet/WiFi/interfering by other devices...but at the same time, I never have this type of problem from NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, Disney+, Binge...so ACORN is just rubbish. Pity it holdss POIROT and other English TV which I like.
