What to do if the site ACORN.TV is unavailable?
If ACORN.TV works, but you cannot access the site or its individual page, try one of the possible solutions:
To delete the cache and get the current version of the page, refresh the page in the browser using the key combination Ctrl + F5.
Access to the site is blocked.
Clear your browser cookies and change the IP address of the computer.
Antivirus and firewall.
Check that anti-virus programs (McAfee, Kaspersky Antivirus or an analogue) or a firewall installed on your computer do not block access to ACORN.TV.
Clear the DNS cache on your computer and try to access the site again.

Acorn does not remember where I left off on a show, so I have to fast forward to the spot where I left off. This has been an ongoing issue for a long time. None of the other streaming services have this problem

Every five seconds, it starts caching...the video srtarts blur, and clear, and caching...can't bear it. The trouble shooting in the website blames the internet/WiFi/interfering by other devices...but at the same time, I never have this type of problem from NETFLIX, amazon PRIME, Disney+, Binge...so ACORN is just rubbish. Pity it holdss POIROT and other English TV which I like.

App does not keep track of track of where I was when I have to stop a program.. I have to fast forward To where I was.
Also, I can't load many programs.It's very frustrating and I pay yearly
