Acronis Down from USA - Again!

This is becoming somewhat frustrating paying for a service that has gone down twice in the past week. In responding to a support ticket from last week's outage, I suggested that they at least let customers know via a note on their website (provided they can log in). If this continues, then it's about time to look for another more reliable program.

Backup and Logon errors

Same as others. Getting "Activation Required" message. Tried logging in to website and get "Oops Error" code. Also, tried calling their main number 781-782-9000 and phone just rings off the hook with no one picking up nor automated switchboard to direct me anywhere. Doesn't look good.

Getting "Activation Required..." message since yesterday and days remaining ticking down from 31 (now at 30). Also cannot log onto my Acronis account either.

7h downtime now

This is now 7 hours ongoing downtime here in Austria. Acronis gives a shit about it's business customers, no crisis communication whatsoever. Naturally you can't contact anyone in support with cloud login down as well.

Acronis says "Activation required! Days remaining: 31. Cannot accessing cloud backups and cannot login to account with credentials for resolving activation problem or even to contact tech support. This has happened before. Hope they get their act together.

Acronis seems to be down. 500 error for dashboard login, my cloud backups are missing, and my account says I need to resolve activation (already activated and been taking backups). Can't find a good helpdesk phone number and websites all redirect to kb articles. Wow!

Acronis down for Europe

All Acronis services from a customer perspective are down. No backups, no logins, no cloud access, no licence verification. This sucks big time. I am In Austria/Europe.

Tried using the product again and it states that I'm on a trial that expires February 9. Unable to enter my serial number and it has closed out Cloud Backup with a dialogue box stating everything is removed. Unable to log into Acronis or Acronis Cloud.
