Adidas confirmed is the worst website ever! We can't get past the payment section no matter what we try. Tried phone and pc, tried different browsers, different credit card types. I called Adidas, they said the site is just "busy" and to try again later. That's not what's wrong. Garbage!

looks like all VPN, like NordVPN users are blocked from adidas.co.uk - even uk vpn exit nodes. can't browse, can't shop. it's like they don't want our business... so going shopping elsewhere where privacy and security conscious consumers are welcome.

Trying to take advantage of the Veteran’s day discount and, conveniently, Adidas has not worked for the past three days which I have been attempting to check out repeatedly. Spoke to a representative who could not resolve the issue and was instructed to wait until it works. By that time, the Veteran’s day discount will no longer be applicable and a loyal customer will be lost indefinitely due to the negative experience.

I spoke on the chat and asked if something is wrong with the website and after ascertaining that I did not want to return an order, I was offered assistance as to how I could buy an item over the phone.
I refused....and funnily enough , It wasn't confirmed if the website is faulty. Very "saving face" deflection tactics.

I cannot take things out of my Adidas online cart. When I also click on an item, it shows me something g I never asked for. The site is extremely slow and keeps buffering. Payment not going through whatsoever. I click "Review And Pay" and it won't go to the next screen to process payment. Also, the sales tax keeps changing.
I have a Honey Browser extension where I got my gift card at a discounted price and the total order of the adidas order was $170.12. Then the price of an item changed literally minutes later and now the total is $182.28. Unacceptable. And customer service isn't answering. Their app isn't working. Disabled the Honey extension and still didn't work. Tried different browsers and still doesn't work. This has been an ongoing problem from Adidas for many years and they still cannot get it right
