BE CAREFUL GUYS AND READ REVIEW.

One has to be careful with the brokers on the internet now. Last year I was scammed in the binary trade option by a broker I met on Instagram. Both website and app does not work. All I want is to change my direct deposit info since I am no longer with one bank and with an entirely new bank. It does not give me an option. And my new bank wants my workplace to do paperwork, but my workplace says it's only through adp-- yet ADP be lacking since earlier this year. It used to work out fine a few years ago and now it sucks ass.

ADP is all in your face to get you to purchase something. Onboarding starts and issues begin. Once the onboarding crew finishes - you are on your own with 175 people in wait cues for technical support. Have a complicated question - wait 4-5 days for someone to call you. Or better yet, wait 1.5 hours on hold. I regret switching. Is the product good? Yes - but God help you if you need assistance, have a question or require technical support.

The ADP site: workforcenow.adp.com has LOTS of 'issues'. Sometimes I can use if for several minutes without issue, other times only less than a minute. Once you encounter an issue, the only way to 'fix' it is to log off and log back on again. ADP has *NO* technical support for EMPLOYEES, only for ADMINISTRATORS... Hence problems CONTINUE to occur for employee users of their system with no apparent way to resolve the issue. This is a sorry state of affairs for a company such as ADP that is responsible for payroll and benefits for likely 100+ million employees in the US alone! ADP: you need to take ownership for the problems your web site has - you're affecting millions of people with unnecessary hassle

I usually get paid via direct deposit on Thursday even though my payday is Friday. It’s currently 11/13/2020 3:40AM EST and payroll has not been direct deposited into my account which is raising red flags for me! I know there was issues clocking in Wednesday 11/11/2020 and for some 11/12/2020 in my workplace. Hope they get on it! I have to pay for a surgical operation that needs to be done

I got an email indicating that my paycheck was deposited however I called my bank and the money is not there. An ADP tech says that is a technical issue and transferred me to another tech that will charge me $5. to answer further questions.....
