The company should officially advise customers that the website option is not available.

STILL NOT WORKING!!

Takes a while to log on, but then still only shoes loan and payment amount. I've been trying for 5 days or more to pay off loan as I've done every single time in the past. They better not add additional finance charges as I've attempted to pay by phone and online. Still no luck. Not happy and a repeat customer that will not repeat going through them again. I've tried to go through chat multiple times as well but no one ever responds!!! WHAT IS GOING ON????

Website issues

The site still is not working. I have tried several times logging in and just shows Western Union. I also keep getting emails that I need to pay my loan. It was already taken out of the bank. When are they going to fix it so I can get my new loan?

Long-time customer (formerly happy) now considering alternatives

Still cannot log in. Maybe they gave notice to their web developers at the end of Q1, and this is their revenge? Or maybe the company doesn't care, because they'll still charge the same amount of interest plus verification fee no matter when the payday loan begins. I wonder if Senator Warren and the CFPB are aware of this practice.

Still down suppose to be back up today

I've been waiting for them to fix this problem they said the brick and mortar stores will be back up and running today we will see about that will keep everyone informed of my progress

If it ain't broke don't fix it. You updated your site and now nothing works except for showing Western Union. You could take my payment over the phone but I can't get a loan. Whoever did your site should be fired.

System down

Can't get online I called one store they said they weren't aware of any issues. I called another store they said yes it's down all the stores as well. How can a store not be aware of these issues? Customer service said they're working on it should be a few hours it's been since 9:00 a.m. they did take their money out though yesterday of course!

Well I just went to the physical store location and all their systems are down and apparently won't be up till Monday ???? just great I love their new update that destroyed their system

"Change is good"

Their websites new homepage says change is good well this change has stopped hundreds of people from either paying their loans or doing a new loan change is not good bring back the old website at least it worked

Haven't been able to do anything on the website for a couple months. Shows me having a pending loan, but I never even got to apply for one. I have tried reporting it through online chat 3 times, even called their customer service the other day. Just get the runaround about them fixing it. Still waiting. Ridiculous!

Cannot log in with verification code sent to my phone #. It's not registering that I put a code in. Have tried multiple times with different codes and it will not verify it. It keeps saying "didn't get a code?"even though I put the code in and hit verify.

Redirect to dashboard causes a white screen for every platform tried. Also, had another account with the same effect. I was told a ticket has been created on December 2nd. I have had no communication from anyone. It is hard for us to get to a store.

Works long enough to take your money… You’re repayment… But then, when you go to take another loan out, all the sudden the site doesn’t work. I think that’s awfully funny… On the verge of being kicked out, I think it’s bullshit that they can’t help you take another loan out over the phone. All they can say is we’re sorry we’re sorry.

White screen across multiple systems and browsers

Getting white screen with the following browsers - Safari, Crome, internet explorer and Edge. Clean out cache and cookies, ran Total Av browser cleaner with no luck. Called and created a service ticket. Started after they done an upgrade. They should have had beta test first, then, rollout out to one state and fix bugs.
