3D Security Veryfication is dead

I can't complete the payment for my online order. 3D security is dead. I can't even change my password for online payments because the bank has been sending me a 6-digit SMS code for an hour and they can't send it. Several times. I wasted an hour trying to figure out this crap on the bank's side, I couldn't find any information about the problems. They sit and fart on stools, wondering about the end of cash in circulation.

Can't log into App. Have checked and it is up to date. Can see quick view of account balance but can't get into account to check or make transactions.

The worst bank ever AIB

AIB is the worst bank ever,app doesn't work for me at all ,customer support told me to log in via website , that's not working either so basically this bank account is useless for me as I can't use it at all! So annoyed ..and this has been going on for 6 months already! So angry!

Trying to do two online transactions and there's is nothing happening to confirm the transactions. The AIB app is not opening to confirm the transactions. This also happened last week. I need to process a payment by tomorrow,??

Worst bank in the world. The website is pure shit the worst I have ever had to work with. I have three accounts in three different countries and the system that they use is outdated and just awkward to use... Always has issues...

AIB constantly has issues, particularly with online use, utilising card payments. It takes them forever to fix the problems. Ridiculous.
