The website is a mess, doesn't work most of the time and the rates quoted on the website, when I call to make the reservation, I am quoted a higher fare. Fraud.

Constant glitches. Went to pay and site suddenly has an error. But money is pending on credit card account. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Be very careful and use a credit card to protect yourselves!!

Automated phone lone ends call due to long waits for last 7 days. Cancelation online I’d impossible since the process will not complete the page just stalls. Horrible way to steal from people.
