My friends at Amino, seem to have placed a 403 error against those who use IOS for AminoApps. While the website itself does work, the help center in the app along with the log in and functionality of the app have all ceased function. I will take this issue up on the website, but if you stumble upon this having the same problem, know you are not alone here my friends.
