Numerous people are missing from the 1950
census; Half of the people from Kentucky in the 1950 census were born in New York. Marriage records with fill-in-the-blank where a date should be. U.S., Cemetery and Funeral Home Collection is completely useless. Lawyers don't know the difference between a written will date and a probate date. Ancestry users taking credit for my own work. I can go on and on, but I've got work to do!

I have an active subscription and am unable to access hints. Also, many of my DNA suggested connections on ThruLines have disappeared. No ETA can be provided on a fix and company assures me that they will update application status so that its customers are aware that there are onging system issues. Second day of waiting....

For the past few months I was unable to view my tree on my Mac using Safari I also could not send messages. Both gave me an error that said come back later. Finally today I got a hold of somebody who suggested I download and use Google Chrome… Now everything works perfectly.

ThruLines doesn't seem to be working properly. The List view doesn't show matches. In the Relationships view, the Matches don't have the DNA match symbol next to their name.

Ancestry has been down for 7 hours now! As an administrator it was considered unsatisfactory if our network was offline for an hour even when doing upgrades you needed to plan so it did not need to go offline.

I've been trying in Maryland for the last 4 hours. I can access my profile and strangely enough, can get the DNA matching info with the matches at the bottom of the profile page. And g0t the ridiculously named "Help Center"...with no one to help. I need to get into my tree, not 8th cousin DNA match
