I can never access the site. It is always showing the message:
"We like to keep our site healthy, too.
The site will be back up soon."
I am trying to select my "2022 Essential Extras" but can't if the site won't load. I'm beginning to suspect that this is all a scam. I cannot even use the phone app as I get a similar message. FIX IT! This has been going on for months.

Anthem website has been down for past several weeks. Cannot sign in. I had wanted to read up on some specific information in my policy. But there is a notice on the site stating they are making 'improvements' and will be back up soon. States to call their phone number on the back of our insurance card. I wonder what "soon" means to them. Months?? Have they been hacked and that is why?
