We have had continuous problems with tv for over a year. At least twice a week? Tv does not operate with remote. No forward or back. Have had 3 new remotes, new modem, several new boxes. Very concerned repair techs here. NOTHING has changed. STILL always a problrm

If you look at the map, the same areas that are reporting google down are the areas that are showing Armstrong issues. People are reporting google down when it's their ISP.

Literally it is top on down detector, *how* is it an "Armstrong issue"? It is legit down. Just because it somewhat works in some places doesn't mean anything. Yeah Armstrong is down but it's also a Google issue.

Outage started at 1:31 ET eastern in Medina, OH, but thank God you can't contact their customer service number from your cell phone as it's a fast busy. I plan to find a real ISP and pay them in lieu of these amateurs.

I haven't bothered to call yet. The main "hotspot" for outages seems to be Butler Co., which is their HQ, based on the outage map. The second-biggest seems to be Youngstown. I think I'm inside the western edge of the Butler outage.

Youngstown Getting 225 Status Code on 3 tvs, and other 4 are just black. Happened around 2am. Called and waited for over a hr and then told to leave a message. That a representative would call back, due to being busy helping assist others. Reset everything and still nothing... Why do I pay for this trash cable??
