Website login function is broken

Login function is broken it keeps saying failed then this error keeps popping up non stop ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED

I have tried clear cache and data unstall Google Chrome browser and reinstall it and it still doing the same thing I try other browser and it's doing the same thing
