Can't connect to My Audi or Octopus Intelligent.

Cant connect to My Audi or to sync up with Octopus intelligent, it says there is an issue with the vendors (Audi) connection. It is so bad I am considering returning the vehicle as I cannot connect the charger.

Not able to access access audi server . Scan tools not communicating either vehicle . Elsa 2 go down , this happened today on all audi dealers .

Had my Audi s5 almost two weeks and the Audi connect has always said can not connect to Audi server please try again later. But this has been the same past two weeks.
Not great from Audi at all.
