Log-in not working on website or mobile app

Continuously getting Error 505 server message after log-in times out. Log-in is not working on mobile app either, nor Chrome or Edge. Attempts to use the links listed to try as potential work around for re-direct issue all failed. Site either loads continuously before producing 505 error, or never loads at all.

Can't Log In

Online or the app. Online login in takes me to the app. In Sept. Also. Kept saying "we logged you out after no activity for 10 minutes". I called then. There suggestion was to use another search engine. So I did. Same issue. Can't pay loan.

Cannot deposit

I haven't been able to mobile deposit for a week or so. Also a deposited check from a third party should be in the system and it doesn't show either. Basically, mobile deposit or any recent deposit for that matter, is not in my account.

cannot login to my personal acct or business acct. Have changed password over and over when truist site keeps asking, it will open once then its back to does not recognize computer or something is wrong with ID or password. Also keeps asking for verification, I get code on tele, sometimes it works only once, then back to wrong ID or password. I have reset password numerous times then it won't accept it. I have changed my password so many times because it says to change it and that doesn't work. This really is a over the edge program that does not work and is a lot of trouble to even try to use. BB&T had a great system that worked for a long time. What the hell happened????

I have been trying to access my Truist online acct for over 2 wks. I had success 2 times. Consulted local Truist mgr and they agreed it does not work most of time. This site used to work. Please fix this issue.

Their website seems to be down as often as it's up. Utterly unbelievable for a bank. I worked in IT for Wells Fargo for twelve years and we were expected to be 100% perfect with our changes - took weeks to years to plan any change.

Online and customer service issues

Still can’t access called customer service she told me my account was closed that’s why I couldn’t log in and hung up on me.
Don’t believe it for a minute but it makes me nervous I think I’m going to change banks. This does seem problematic. One time I get a message that it’s not available right now and to try later and then another message to says I’ve been logged out due to inactivity.

Their online banking site regularly denies login saying I entered the wrong password or username. Happens very often! This banking relationship has deteriorated greatly since buying SunTrust bank. I think they are too large for the apparently inept management that they now have. I'm gonna be bank shopping!
