I’ve been trying to talk to a person for 2 hours now. The automated system keeps accusing me of not providing an answer. I’m literally saying autopay and speak to representative. How is that not a thing? I’ve called 3 different numbers and they all hang up on me. Their virtual assistant is also not helping. I’ve never had an issue getting through to customer service at Bank of America like this. What triggered it is I kept getting charged late payment fees despite trying to set up auto payment. I also lost the schedule appointment feature on the app.

Worse ever

Opened an account 2 days ago for bills add money to my account over 1k and now I can’t login into my account it say user not found and my card is declining as is someone stole my money when I get my money back which it needs to be right away ! I’m closing my account this is ridiculous!!!

I have attempted 2 days to do a check deposit through the app. It won't let me click on "NEXT" so that the deposit goes through. What's the point in having "mobile deposit" if it doesn't work. This is crazy. More and more I'm being disappointed in BofA.

cannot lof on. Bank of America not available at this time. Call 1 800 933 6262. Call on the waiting waiting for 1 1/2 hours. finally got someone who after telling her I could not log despite changeing password and supplying all the rest of the information requires she transferred me with no notice to the debt department. the lady there was very nice and helpful and tried to help me by holding while she tried to contact the correct department. Never could get through. This has been going on for a WEEK. Thank you Bank of America

I went to the brick and mortar. They are "sort of" functioning there but otherwise it is a nationwide outage. The atm worked inside the bank.
