Issue trying to login to Bendigo Bank ebanking then got a request from online technician - popup re supply my credit card details to be charged for checking my email address.
Sorry as a long time Bendigo Bank customer I refused to give thise details. So I closed call

System down been to local branch 3 times they checked my computer changed password but each time at home when in to do transaction it wouldn’t work and app on phone not working either. Been good system for long while but when they said was going to be security upgrade and no access on the Sunday been problems ever since. Fortunately because of close down I paid couple of bills earlier including monthly MasterCard account so at this stage just waiting to see when they solve problems. CEO said few days ago they want office staff back not working from home this could be indication all not going well .

Time lines? last 2 x days.
Rang monday nite (1:30 hours wait) Rang tuesday (answering service closes down immediately).
Why no outtage details on website?? Absolutely amateurish IT support. I had to google Updownradar to find out what was going on.
ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH communication from BB.
