BB rules changed

Apparently we’re not able to add money from external bank and/or linked debit card any longer. Talked to BB agent who told me so. Only cash deposits at Walmart and other stores! This sucks. Going to cancel account after being a customer for a very long time.

Issue adding cash electronically/BB customer srvc useless

My issue has been going on for over 24 hours! I am trying to transfer fund TO the card FROM my external bank account, something I have done every month for years, the website keeps giving me a unable to process due to technical difficulties messages. I have placed 2 extremely frustrating calls to BB customer service and they keep telling me my bank is causing the issue. I contacted the bank and they are not having any issues! The CSR told me the card number I gave her was incorrect when I am holding the card in my hand reading the number from it! Put me on hold multiple times and then came back with the same BS that my bank is causing the issue! I use this card for mainly to pay/renew monthly/yearly subscriptions and began having issues with vendors being able to process their payments months ago but I ignored it and just paid with a different card. Now, the problem has morphed into not even being able to add funds electronically. I am going to go to a pay agent and try adding cash to see if that will work.

I have had issues with my account not logging in. I put my info and ot continually spins and spins and spins and won't log in! I have money on my card, in my set aside account & am unable to access it because I cNt log in! This has been doing this for 4 DAYS NOW!!!! It managed to log in ONCE, so I pulled off only what is allowed per day, which means I still have money on my card, but can't access it.. again!! Pissed isn't even the beginning
