Bosch server/wifi issues

Bosch easycontrol hasn't been connecting for a minimum of 12 hours. Have tried literally everything- splitting the SSID, adjusting thr 2.4 GHz channels, disabling auto optimization, setting up new ports and even tried to connect via mobile Hotspot. Nothing. My Hub shows the thermostat connected to the wifi but thermostat says no wifi or Bosch server connection. Very annoyed as the temp has dropped and now have to go around the house and manually change

Bosch server failure?

My BC100 thermostat is saying it's offline today (Jan 13, 2023). My router shows it's IP is connected via WiFi and my Internet is working for other devices on WiFi. Is that a Bosch server failure?

Logged me out and can't log back in

Logged me out of the easycontrol app and now I can't log back in. It says redirecting but then it just goes back to the blank log in screen and asks me to type in my details again. This always seems to happen when it is cold. It seems like the server can't cope with demand.

My BCC100 WiFi thermostat has been very flaky for the last 4 months. Still works as a thermostat but cannot connect remotely through app. I expected much better performance from a company like Bosch.

Bosch seem unaware of issues with their products until it is too late ie their support lines are closed. The EasyControl login server seems to go down far two frequently. Two major outages this year.

Thought it was just me. Regret buying the smart trvs and easy control now. I'm on my 3rd easy control, had 2 trvs replaced n now on the coldest night so far I can't control the heating!

Easycontrol not working - not good enough

Worcester Bosch Easycontrol app not connecting for last several hours. It's freezing cold. I have no way to control my boiler. Why do Bosch not contact their customers. This is the second time this has happened in a couple of months.

How can a server be down this long?

Still down for me. Heating server breaks on one of the coldest days of the year! Bosch this is a safety-critical service and your products don't work without it!

Wake up WB

App has been up and down for hours. Was up but painfully slow and now down again. A somewhat regular occurrence and disappointing that communication from WB; who know how to contact their users; just choose to inform customers via social media. Good boilers that are let down by unreliable servers. Needs to be a better strategy for supporting products like this !

Easy Control down

EasyControl down in Buckingham.
Called Technical Support and they weren’t aware that hen when the guy checked he agreed but hadn’t a clue when it’s going to be restored

If no heating, but you have the eTRV's set the temperature on them directly with the paddle switch on the top.

If same as last time, don't reboot CT200 as it will carry on running your heating with internal timers. May not if rebooted.

Easycontrol Nil, HomeAssistant One.

Bosch Easycontrol app won't connect, but HomeAssistant still able to control boiler. Bosch App now circling and trying to retrieve thermostat list rather than just failing. Progress ? Good job it's not cold...

Easy control app unavailable due to maintenance . Messaged them and apparently the servers went down but should be working now. Told me had to call the technical team for help but was cut off at 6pm as that’s when the offices close ????

It is working now for me. I had to go into Google Play to update the app, and was then able to sign in, and the app then loaded up without problems

Bosch status update

Called UK tech support line. It is a Europe-wide issue with the Bosch servers. There is now a banner on website to say that it will be fixed this morning.

In response to Admin with links - the link to the Bosch server is hardcoded into a button on the "Bosch Login" page of the app, so you can't redirect.

App login disabled but Smart TRVs still and work ands IFTTT integration still works.

The smart TRVs still work and IFTTT integration still works. The login website however does not work and rejects attempts to login disabling the app.

Bosch EasyControl servers unavailable for login

Bosch EasyControl App is unable to reach the login page on Bosch servers either on the home WiFi or from outside on the G4 network since five hours ago. It's then impossible to adjust the temperature or change any setting. The local Bosch Easy Control Thermostat still works and is connected to Internet as it appears to read and show external temperatures from an Internet weather web site.
