Cannot log in but they have no problem sending emails asking if I want a new boiler
I had to deal with a relatives affairs after she died and British gas were the worst
From being well in credit to account being exactly zero
They are an absolute shambles

B.Gas still down over a week now. Shocking company. What a way to treat customers.!! Should be credited for all this inconvenience it's terrible.
