British Gas log-in woes

British Gas login not working, it just goes on a round robin each time. I've cleared the cache and changed password all to no avail, and no one available to help.

Been with them for nearly 50 years. The website is rubbish it only shows my gas account and no Electricity account. l have done the chat line 3 times and they are promises and nothing happens. Got told it would be 28 days before my Electricity account would appear, utter rubbish they managed to put gas account on so why not Electric account which has been on website for 20 years. I eventually got to speak to human on the 1 st november 2023. That was 59 mins and 45 seconds. She could see the problem when she looked at my account and was trying to get through to technicians but nobody was answering. She has promised me she has emailed them and has soon has they get back to her she will ring me. So now l am just waiting. I started chats on 30 oct 3023 and every day since absolutely a disgrace. Don’t know why when they change as for me old website worked. Now l am considering changing supplier

Login issues on website

I can't log in toy accept, it says it has been disabled for security. I then request a link to reset my password. As soon as the ail arrives I open it and click on the link to reset my password. I am them told I am using an expired link, and to click for a new one. And so on, it keeps going round in circles. This is on both the app and the website.

Difficult to contact. Live chat never available. Long wait times for phone queries. British Gas ignore all this and make out that everything is fine and dandy. Tried to find out information about Hive app not working today. No mention of it except in national newspapers. According to what I've read from British Gas they had no problems reported. Maybe that's because they can't be reached. More transparency please. This is not Russia

Cannot log in but they have no problem sending emails asking if I want a new boiler
I had to deal with a relatives affairs after she died and British gas were the worst
From being well in credit to account being exactly zero
They are an absolute shambles

website not working, have tried for 3 day to set up account and direct debit, always disliked British Gas but got lumbered with them. Will move as soon as I am able to.
